Refund Cancellation

DeskERP – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: This policy becomes effective on the date the client (school/institution) makes any payment (whether online or offline), accepts the terms, or starts using Desk ERP services, whichever is earlier.


1. Subscription Nature

Desk ERP is a subscription-based software service (SaaS) provided on a prepaid basis (monthly/yearly).


2. No Refund Policy 

  • All payments made for Desk ERP services are non-refundable.

  • Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including:

    • Partial usage

    • Non-usage of the service

    • Change of mind

    • Dissatisfaction after activation


3. Free Trial / Demo

  • Schools are encouraged to evaluate Desk ERP through:

    • Demo sessions

    • Trial access (if provided)

  • Once converted to a paid plan, the service is considered accepted.


4. Cancellation by School

  • The school may choose to discontinue using Desk ERP at any time.

  • However, no refund will be issued for any unused subscription period.

  • Access to services will continue until the end of the paid subscription cycle.


5. Non-Renewal

  • Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless explicitly agreed.

  • It is the responsibility of the school to renew before expiry to avoid service interruption.


6. Suspension or Termination by Desk ERP

Desk ERP reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:

  • Payment is overdue

  • Terms & Conditions are violated

  • Misuse or illegal activity is detected


7. Exceptional Cases 

  • Any exception to this policy will be made solely at the discretion of Desk ERP management.

  • Such decisions shall be final and binding.


8. Payment Disputes

  • Any disputes related to payments must be raised within 3 days of transaction.

  • Desk ERP shall not be liable for disputes raised after this period.


9. Acknowledgement

By making payment or using Desk ERP services, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
